Friday, February 16th, in the afternoon, there is a special hockey game featuring former Pats Alumni Players against Soldier On. Soldier On is a Canadian Armed Forces program, provides resources and support for ill and injured veterans through sport. Friday, February 16th is the Regina Pats Community Foundation Honours, a dinner and auction event with 50 NHL and WHL alumni in attendance. To purchase tickets to this event visit and select Homecoming weekend on the main menu. Saturday, February 17th at 3:00 PM is the All-Star Celebrity Classic, where teams comprised of NHL and WHL alumni play at the Brandt Centre. Sunday, February 18th at 2:00 PM is the Regina Pats Centennial Classic, where the Pats take on the Moose Jaw Warriors in their regular season game. Monday, February 19th is Waskimo at Wascana Lake to celebrate Family Day.

We have an outstanding list of players that have already confirmed to be playing, including 14 hall of famers. Additional information on the players participating will be released over the coming weeks ahead. In addition, Rogers Hometown Hockey arranges player appearances as part of their festival activities.

Yes, this game is a regular season WHL game. The rivalry between the Regina Pats and Moose Jaw Warriors is legendary. We’re sure this Outdoor Game will take it to new heights.

What is the Regina Pats Community Foundation?
The Regina Pats Community Foundation has recently been created with a mission to fund the scholarship program available to graduated Pats’ players, and support youth initiatives focused on health, wellness and education. This support is made possible by the members of the Pats Regiment and their generous purchase of 50/50 tickets during Regina Pats home games as well as other fundraisers, such as the Pats Community Foundation Honours dinner.

Yes, parking will be available, similar to other events at Mosaic Stadium. Further details on parking and traffic plans will be available closer to the event.

Regina has a wide variety of hotels that will be available to accommodate everyone attending Homecoming Weekend. Marlin Travel is the official travel agent for this event and would be pleased to assist with any travel arrangements that might be required.

Yes, the Regina Pats have many options showcasing the Pats 100th, and additional Homecoming Weekend merchandise will be available. Stay tuned, as we roll out additional details closer to the event.

Are there opportunities to meet NHL players in person?
There are several great opportunities to meet alumni players from the NHL, CHL and WHL throughout the weekend. There will be players attending the Regina Pats Community Foundation Honours dinner on Friday night. We are working on opportunities around the outdoor games, as well. More details will be released in the future about experiences that Rogers Hometown Hockey offers through their interactive displays, which will be available outside the stadium Saturday and Sunday.

Yes, hockey enthusiasts of all ages will enjoy the winter wonderland of activities planned around the stadium on Saturday and Sunday.

Plans are still being developed for all the events and activities that are being held around the Brandt Centre during the Homecoming Weekend. As entertainment details are finalized we will be sharing them publicly, so everyone has a chance to participate.
